Refund and Returns Policy

Our Commitment
At Belizean Spices, we take pride in providing high-quality products. Because we sell food products, we cannot accept returns of opened or used items for health and safety reasons.
Returns
We accept returns only if:
- The product is unopened and in its original packaging.
- The return is requested within 14 days of delivery.
- The item has not been used or damaged.
Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the mistake was ours.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives:
- Damaged
- Defective
- Incorrect
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Include:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photos of the package and product
We’ll review the claim and, if approved, send a replacement or issue a refund.
Non-Returnable Items
For food safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
- Opened spices
- Opened seasonings
- Food products that have been opened
- Products damaged due to misuse or improper storage
Refunds
Once your request has been reviewed and approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
Please allow 5–10 business days for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
Shipping Costs
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless we shipped the wrong item or your order arrived damaged.
